こんばんは。福地宏規です。知り合いの方がいちごの生産をしてるようで大量のいちごをいただきました。
Good evening. It is Hironori Fukuchi. I got a lot of strawberries as the acquaintance seems to be producing strawberries.

鍋にいちごと砂糖をいれてじっくり煮込んでいきます。
Put strawberries and sugar in a saucepan and cook it thoroughly.
煮込みながらしっかりアクを取って少々レモン汁をいれます。
While stewing, take a good amount of water and add a little lemon juice.
じっくりと煮込んだ後は冷まして冷蔵庫へ。【栃木県産いちごジャム福地スペシャル！笑 】食べるのが楽しみです。
